TenneT and KfW terminate discussions on a full sale of TenneT Germany

Dutch power grid operator TenneT and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), acting on behalf of the German Federal Government, have terminated their discussions on a potential sale of TenneT Germany, due to budgetary challenges.

As an alternative for this former solution, TenneT is preparing to tap into public or private capital markets for a structural funding solution to continue its German operations and investments.
